Item(s) must be returned in their original condition with all tags and/or seals attached and in tact.
We can only accept returns that were made through the website or one of our affiliates. Any product purchased through a retail vendor cannot be returned through this process.
In the event that you do want to process a return, the item must be received at our facility within 30 days of ordering (please allow 5-7 days for return mail). We will email you a pre-paid shipping label for you to use for the return. At this time, we do not accept Cash On Delivery shipments. If you choose to not use our pre-paid return labels, shipping charges are at your own expense.
- Gather the invoice included with your shipment or print the email receipt
- Note which item(s) you are returning
- Prepare your return package with your item(s) for return and the marked invoice
- Call our customer service line at 866-572-5332 to have a pre-paid USPS return shipping label emailed to you
- Adhere label to the outside of shipping package and take to the nearest U.S. Post Office
